We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Tamara Liu to Grants Program Manager. Tamara joined the Arts Council as Executive Assistant one year ago, where she has played a key role in strengthening our fiscal sponsorship program, updating our workflow systems, as well as supporting our Executive Director, Jim Brown.

Tamara brings a lifetime of experience in the arts, grantwriting and nonprofit management experience, and a strong commitment to equity to her new role. When she’s not working Tamara loves dancing to live music, practicing yoga and meditation, dabbling in painting and rollerskating, taking walks on the beach or in the forest, and playing with her three cats.
