Craig Miller / The Rhythm Builders
Bio
Craig Bravo Miller has been working as a rhythm facilitator and educator, professional drummer, percussionist, keyboardist, and composer for the last 20 years. He began drumming as a child but became a professional musician after spending two years studying with percussion artists in Colombia. Time spent studying in Ghana and Guinea deepened his commitment to using rhythm to build connections, self-confidence and power. Whether at a school assembly, a small classroom, a non-profit or corporate team-building event, Craig has become a go-to facilitator for groups wanting to expand their connection to their own rhythms and to each other.

We will learn folkloric rhythms from around the world and the intentions behind them. And we will also create music of our own.
We will really emphasize the importance of listening to each other and communicating through the power of music. Music is a language.
The goal is to break down barriers, feel empowered, deepen our connection to ourselves and our community, and to have a lot of fun.
