Arts Council Equity Committee Member – Volunteer Opportunity

The Equity Committee is an advisory group of community volunteers, helping ensure that Arts Council programs and operations are equitable and accessible to diverse people across Santa Cruz County. Committee members provide insight and guidance to support staff equity efforts and help the organization accountable to its equity goals.

Commitment & Time Requirements:

• Term: 2 years (renewable)
• Meetings: Most months via Zoom (approx. 1.5 hours)

Compensation (Optional Stipends):

• $20 per regular meeting; $40 if meeting exceeds 2 hours (not available for board members or paid staff)
